What about Payment Terms?
For flights or any other tickets, please pay 100% advance. For Stays - it depends. Mostly 50% if the trip start date is more than a month away and it is not peak dates.

What are the supported modes of payment you accept?
IMPS/NEFT/UPI is no extra charge. Cash is also at no extra charge, if delivered to us or deposited in our banks. Cards and Wallets cost us payment gateway charges, passed on to you transparently.

Changes happen, and we give you full flexibility. Some changes are free depending and timing and type of trip. In some, we need to pay rescheduling or cancellation charges, which are passed on to you.

What Star Rating Are Your Hotels?
Resorts are not star-rated by agencies. We audit and rate our resorts on our own checklist - We do not onboard any place lesser than 7.5/10 anyway. And they are mentioned on our quotation as well as our website.
For business hotels - you choose the star rating and we deliver. Minimum we’d go with is 3*, as we can not commit quality consistency below that.

Is early check in possible? Will we have to pay extra for that?
We try to accomodate early check-ins on complimentary basis subject to availability. It isn’t possible to commit weeks in advance, unless we block that room for earlier night too and which costs extra night.
Irrespective, if you reach early, we accommodate your luggage and provide refreshments till the actual check-in time.

How far in advance should I make a booking?
Depends upon the season and the place you are going to. If flights involved, we recommend earliest booking. If New Year, Summer Vacation or Long Weekends involved, we recommend earliest booking. These not only save you money, but also ensure good resorts, good rooms in resorts.

What are the most popular activities?
Depends upon areas you go to. Photography is great for all offbeat sojourns anyway.
For jungles and Deserts, they are Safaris - Jeep, Elephant, Camel, Horse, even Night Safari and Bird Watching.
For Seaside, River-sides and lake-side trips, variety of water sports available - Rafting, Canoeing, parasailing, Scuba Diving, Fishing, Angling and so many more.
For Heritage places, guided walks and tours give the best experience.
For Hills, Trekking, Hiking, Paragliding, Bungee Jumping fit the bill.

What kind of Wi-Fi internet access is offered throughout the trip?
Some resorts want to give you digital detox experience, and they will not have Wi-Fi on campus.
Some resorts have fairly large campus, and thus WiFi will be available in certain common areas like Lobby and Restaurants.
Some resorts and hotels will have WiFi available everywhere.Some resorts may not have the TV too, just in case you want to know.
Reason - Digital Detox.
Regardless, we’d inform you beforehand on the WiFi and Cellular connectivity (Yes, in some offbeat areas, 3G/4G still doesn’t work even in 21st Century.
And know what, actually some of our Guests love it when their spouses and kids are off the gadgets :) )
